The captain of MI, Hardik Pandya made a significant impact as a good all-rounder, scoring 187 runs and claiming 13 wickets over the season. His contributions strengthened both MI’s batting lineup and bowling attack.
From the bowling end, the duo of Trent Boult and Jasprit Bumrah perfromed very well for this IPL sesaon. Trent Boult taking 19 wickets in 14 matches. After missed the first four matches, Bumrah has taken 17 wickets at an average of 14.64 and economy of 6.33 in this IPL sesaon.
